1. Sawing sounds inside the basement
2. Cats ( at least 2)
3. Weed & hash everyday, that was masked by lots of perfume.
4. Always in and out of the house, but usually never far from.
5. Different bikes on a regular basis
6. People coming by continuously asking about cats.
7. Staying up til wee hours of the morning (5am) on any given day
